摘要
以就业指导理论为基础,结合美国大学生就业指导体系,对我国目前高校毕业生就业现状,深入探讨我国高校毕业生就业指导所存在的问题,通过借鉴美国高校就业指导服务体系及其运作机制,对我国高校就业指导服务工作进行改善,提出了具体可行性方案,对促进我国高校毕业生就业有着积极意义。
The employment guidance theory, combined with the employment system, the college graduates employment situation in our country at present, in-depth study of employment guidance of college graduates in China the problems by referring to American college employment guidance service system and its operation mechanism, to improve the employment guidance service work in Colleges and universities in China, and puts forward some concrete feasible scheme that has a positive significance to promote the employment of college graduates in China.
