摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央于2012年11月29日首次提出了中国梦,在中国社会主义的建设进程中具有里程碑式的意义。笔者运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法解析了国家、社会、个人、中国梦、国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的内涵,进而探究为了实现中国梦,国家、社会与个人在社会主义核心价值观、国家治理体系与治理能力现代化下的担当与转变,来加强对中国梦的理解,凝聚中华民族力量,国家、社会与个人清楚各自定位与担当,进而推进中国梦的实现。
The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the first proposed in November 29, 2012 China dream, has the sense of milepost type in the construction process of the socialist Chinese. The author uses the method of literature and logical induction analysis of the connotation of state, society and individual, China dream, the national governance system and governance capacity modernization, and explore in order to achieve Chinese dream, play and change of state, society and individuals in the socialist core values, national governance systems and governance capacity modernization, to strengthen on the Chinese understanding of dream, the cohesion force of the Chinese nation, country, society and individuals about their position and responsibility, and promote the Chinese dream.
