"校友会就业基地"模式是高校校友参与推动学校就业工作的重要举措,具有突出的创新性与示范性,也是新形势下高校校友会创新服务手段新的思路。结合校友资源对于促进毕业生就业所具有的作用,对"校友会就业基地"模式建立的基础和各阶段的落实工作进行研究,并剖析"校友会就业基地"模式在新的就业形势下所具有的优势和创新性。
