摘要
目前,在使用的数控机床中,仍有许多数控车系统不具备椭圆插补功能,实际加工中又难免遇到加工椭圆的情况,此时,显然无法用常规方法编制椭圆加工程序。使用计算机自动编程则易受现场加工条件的限制,为解决这一问题,常用方法是采用宏程序加工。本文将以GSK980TD系统为例,通过典型案例分析,介绍使用宏程序加工椭圆的方法。
