摘要
大学生危机事件的产生一般是由大学生心理问题所导致的,预防大学校园危机事件的发生应从解决大学生心理障碍、引导大学生健康成长等环节入手,高校辅导员作为学生的直接管理者,在引导学生心理健康、维护校园安全等方面具有重要作用。本文以大学生心理危机事件为核心,阐发了大学生心理危机事件的概念及其特征,并探讨了提高高校辅导员应对学生心理危机事件时的处理能力,为关注大学生心理危机事件的处理的专家或辅导员提供借鉴和参考。
Crisis events of college students is generally caused by psychological problems of college students, Prevention campus crises occur should solve psychological problems of college students, guide college students to grow up healthily and aspects, college counselors as the direct management of the students, guide students' mental health, to maintain the safety of the campus and so on has an important role. The college students' psychological crisis as the core, and elucidates the concept and characteristics of College Students' psychological crisis, and explore the improve college counselors to deal with students' psychological crisis event processing ability, and provide the reference for the treatment of attention to college students' psychological crisis of experts or counselor.
