摘要
辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在大学生成长道路上扮演着重要角色。然而,由于辅导员职能的错位,导致部分辅导员工作实效性不强,实际沦为学生的"保姆""保安"或"资源分配者"。这显然不符合新时期高校思想政治教育的要求,不符合辅导员队伍建设要求,更不符合大学生发展的需要。辅导员工作职能的转型,思想政治教育从运动化向常态化的转型极其必要。
Students' counselors are required to play a vital part in the ideological and political education in universities. But some did not do their job as a counselor in an appropriate manner by taking too much care of students' daily life and doing too much on resource allocations. This goes against the demands of students' personal development and team building of counsel-ors and is also against the needs of college ideological education in the new era. Therefore, it is imperative that the counselor's job duties should narrow down and that the education on ideology and politics should be prioritized.
