摘要
高校学生党员质量问题不仅是高校党建工作的根本性问题,也是关系党的事业长远发展、后继有人的关键性问题。本文通过分析影响当前高校学生党员质量提升的主要因素:多样化的入党动机、亟待完善的后续教育管理和对高校学生党员的监督不到位,在分析高校学生党员质量提升影响因子的关联性基础上,初步形成了提升高校学生党员质量的策略,是要构建涵盖评价机制、提升机制、进出机制和反馈机制的大学生党员质量监控体系。
