摘要
大学生是我国社会主义事业建设的重要人才资源,党的十八大以来,党和国家对当代大学生寄予殷切的希望,更加重视对当代大学生进行社会主义核心价值观的培育。然而,当前高校大学毕业生就业形势依然严峻,当代大学生在就业价值取向上呈现多元化发展,同时存在一些突出问题。深入探讨其相关影响因素,并积极探索促进当代大学生就业的有效机制显得尤为重要。
College students are important human resources in the construction of socialism in China, since the Party of eight-een, the party and the state have great hopes for the contemporary college students, so they pay more attention to the cultivation of socialist core values of contemporary college students. However, the current employment situation of university graduates is still grim, the value orientation of employment of Contemporary university students is appeared diversified development while there are some outstanding issues. To explore its related factors thoroughly, and actively explore the effective mechanism to promote the employment of contemporary college students seem particularly important.
