摘要
如何评价学生对理论知识和临床技能的掌握程度,着力提高学生临床实践能力,是目前医学教育面临的较大问题。本文结合目前临床医学专业学生考核模式中存在的问题,提出了三段式考核模式的概念,并对如何完善与改革临床考核模式进行了思考与展望,为培养高素质临床医学人才进行了有益的探索。
