"体教结合"是文化教育和运动员训练以及成长全过程的融合,高校培养高水平运动队就是"体教结合"的一类最优手段。高校培养高水平运动队有内因,体育机构指出的"体教结合"与高校高水平运动队构建有着一些差别。怎样让体教完美结合,是培育经济体育储备人才,提升竞技体育水准要首先探讨的问题。
