在新时期下,高校学生党支部在战斗堡垒作用发挥、学生党员党性修养、学生党员管理和教育等方面都遇到了许多新问题、新挑战。针对以上问题,通过认真调研分析,提出加强和改进高校大学生党支部建设的对策和建议。
