摘要
作者于2014年7月至2015年5月对湖北5所高职院校、5家企业通过走访、个别访谈、座谈会、互联网信息搜集等方式,初步了解当前企业对高职生的素质、专业技能等方面新要求,以及高职生的培养、就业表现与其不适应问题。本文对此进行较深入分析,并且提出了一些解决问题的思路。
From July 2014 to May 2015, Hubei 5 vocational colleges, 5 enterprises through visits, individual interviews,seminars, Internet information collection and other ways to understand the current business of higher vocational students,professional skills and other aspects of the new requirements, as well as the training of higher vocational students, employment performance and not adapt to the problem. This paper makes a thorough analysis and puts forward some ideas to solve the problem.
