摘要
教师是依法治教的主力,只有教师的法制常识加强了才能进一步加快依法治教的进程。文章从我国高等教育法规建设的历史进程出发,分析我国高等教育法规建设面临的主要问题以及建设的必要性,并在此基础上结合高等教育法规,详细阐述了如何成为一名合格的高校教师。
Teachers are the main parts in rule of education. Only teachers of legal knowledge enhanced, the process of the rule of education can be accelerated. In this paper, the historical process of China's higher education law construction is firstly recalled, and then the main problems of higher education legislation and the necessity of legislation reform are analyzed. Finally, based on the higher education regulations, how to become a qualified college teacher is elaborated detailedly.
