摘要
高校学生党员教育培训工作是高校学生党建工作的重要内容,但由于一些主客观原因,现实工作中尚存在着思想上不够重视、教育培训资源不充足、教育培训内容与形式较单一等问题,一定程度上制约了高校学生党建工作的发展。要使高校学生党员教育培训工作得到有效开展,使学生党员作用得到充分发挥,就要通过健全工作模式、加大工作力度,创新教育培训的内容与形式,进一步发挥学生党员的主观能动性等途径,进一步创新开展高校学生党员教育培训工作。
