摘要
公安院校要培养合格的人民警察,一个最基本的出发点是要培养公安专业学生的的公正执法意识,而公正执法意识的养成,最重要的是培养学生的程序公正意识,因此,在公安专业学生公正执法意识的培养路径中,加强学生程序法治理念的培养尤为重要。
