摘要
文章通过文献资料法、调查研究法等方法对职业院校酒店管理专业形体训练课开设现状进行了客观、深入的比较与分析,结果表明:形体教师专业化、师职队伍年轻化、教学辅助器械不完善、教材和教学大纲不统一、教学内容单一。本文提出如下建议:职业院校应该重视形体训练课教学加强师资队伍建设、适当增加形体训练的教学辅助器械、统一教学大纲,丰富教学内容,使之与就业市场紧密结合,为中职学校的教学改革搭建一个便捷的平台。
This paper through the creation of literature, research and other methods of vocational colleges hotel management professional body workout status of an objective, in-depth comparison and analysis, the results showed that:physical teacher specialization, division-level team of young, teaching aid equipment not perfect, textbook and syllabus are not unified, single teaching content. This paper presents the following recommendations:vocational colleges should pay attention to physical training to strengthen the teaching faculty construction, appropriate teaching aids to increase physical training equipment, uniform syllabus, teaching content, so that closely integrated with the job market for teaching vocational schools reforms to build a convenient platform.
