摘要
学生干部是辅导员智力的延伸,是辅导员的左肩右臂,最大限度地调动其积极性和开发其潜能是每个辅导员开展工作的首要任务,对学生干部工作积极性流失现象进行分析研究,并提出相关对策,以加强高职学生干部的管理与建设工作。
Leaders of students must be the one who extend intelligence of counselors,and they are valuable assistants of the counselor. Based on this reason, the first role must be emphasized is to mobilize the enthusiasm of their work and develop their potential at the most by our counselors. Nowadays, leaders of Students are losing their enthusiasm of their work aroused our attention. In order to strengthen the management and enhance the development of our leaders of students in college, we must analysis the cause of these phenomenon and corresponding strategies must be proposed.
