摘要
在愈加严峻的就业形势下,消极情绪严重制约了贫困女大学生就业竞争力的有效提升。课题组在心理资本理论指导下开展贫困女大学生就业心理等方面的调查研究,提出构建心理资本理论指导下的贫困女大学生预防性就业心理指导模式,指导高校就业心理教育。
