摘要
参与式教学方法是以学生为中心,教师采用灵活多样、直观形象的教学手段,让学生更多的参与到教学中,成为教学中的主体,使学生能够深刻领会和掌握所学知识,并能够灵活应用。本文基于房地产经济学课程特点的基础上,分析当前房地产经济学课程教学中普遍存在的问题,并对传统教学方法和参与式教学方式进行了对比分析,最后深入探讨了参与式教学法在房地产经济学课程教学中的具体应用,文章对改进房地产经济学教学效果具有较好的实践意义。
Participatory teaching method is student-centered.Teachers use flexible,diverse and intuitive teaching methods,so that students can participate more in teaching and become the main body of teaching,so that students can deeply understand and master the knowledge they have learned,and can flexibly apply it.Based on the characteristics of real estate economics course,this paper analyses the common problems existing in the teaching of real estate economics course,and makes a comparative analysis of traditional teaching methods and participatory teaching methods.At last,it deeply discusses the specific application of participatory teaching method in the teaching of real estate economics course.It has good practical significance to improve the teaching effect of real estate economics.
