摘要
随着我国高等教育的普及化,越来越多的大学生面临着毕业就业问题。因此,做好大学生职业规划与就业的指导工作对大学生毕业就业起到了重要的作用。而高校辅导员在大学生职业规划与就业指导过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,为充分发挥高校辅导员在大学生职业规划与就业指导上的重要作用,笔者以《高校辅导员在大学生职业规划与就业指导上的重要作用》为课题,全方位、深层次地探究了高校辅导员在大学生职业规划与就业指导上的重要性,并在此基础上分析了当前高校辅导员进行大学生职业规划与就业指导过程中的问题,给出了相应的完善方案。
With the popularization of higher education in China,more and more college students are facing graduation employment problems.Therefore,the guidance work for college students'career planning and employment plays an important role in college graduate employment.College counselors play an irreplaceable role in the process of college students'career planning and employment guidance.In order to give full play to the important role of college counselors in college students'career planning and employment guidance,the author uses"college counselors in college students'career planning and employment."The important role of guidance is a topic,which explores the importance of college counselors in college students'career planning and employment guidance in an all-round and in-depth manner.On this basis,it analyzes the current college counselors'career planning and employment guidance for college students.In the process of the problem,the corresponding improvement plan is given.
