摘要
高校学生党员发展工作是高校党建工作的重点。在实际工作中,高校学生党员的发展质量依然存在一些问题,主要是发展的标准不够系统全面,对积极分子的考察和教育不够,党务工作人员专业性不够。在此基础上从发展标准、积极分子教育和党务工作人员素质三个方面提出了建议。
Recruiting student CCP members is the focus of the party building in colleges and universities. However, there are still some problems in the quality of recruiting student party members.The main problems are that the standard of recruiting is not comprehensive enough, the investigation and education to the activists is not enough and the party workers are not professional enough. On this analysis, suggestions are made from three aspects: recruiting standard, activists education and the ability of party workers.
