摘要
五年制高职校教师担负着把中职与高职衔接起来的任务,他们不仅要传授学生知识和技能,更要注重培养学生爱岗敬业、勇于探索和乐于创新的职业素养。教师们必须要树立爱岗敬业的人生价值观、确立精益求精的教育理念、真心关爱学生,并利用学校搭建的良好平台,努力实现师生间对"工匠精神"的弘扬和传承。
Five-year system high vocational school teachers are responsible to link up of secondary and higher vocational tasks, they should not only teach students knowledge and skills, pay more attention to cultivate students' dedication, the courage to explore and innovate to occupation accomplishment. The teachers must set up the dedication of life values, establish excellence philosophy of education, love students, and use of the school to build a good platform, and strive to achieve the teachers and students' inheritance of 'craftsman spirit'.
