摘要
在研究生管理模式改革的背景下,分析教学医院研究生党建工作的现状及存在的问题,认为当前教学医院研究生党建工作基础薄弱,研究生党员的模范带头作用发挥不突出、对研究生党员的教育管理缺乏特色的问题,呼吁教学医院研究生党建工作模式亟待创新,为此提出推进研究生党建工作的思路创新、制度创新、组织创新和载体创新四个方面的应对措施,从而为通过党建工作提升教学医院的软实力,提高研究生的综合素质作出有益的探索。
In the graduate management mode under the background of the reform, analysis of the current situation of graduate party work in teaching hospitals and the problems that the current teaching hospital graduate work of Party building weak foundation, model of graduate Party members to take the lead role play is not prominent, the lack of features on the education and management of graduate Party members of the problem calls for teaching hospital party building pattern graduate students need innovation, this paper advance the graduate work of Party building thought innovation, system innovation, organization innovation and four aspects of innovation measures, so as to enhance the soft power of the party building work of teaching hospitals,improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students to make the beneficial exploration.
