摘要
要提升高职人才培养质量,首要关注点就是如何保证课堂教学的高效性,在教师传统授课方法和互联网时代的矛盾下,学生参与度低的低效课堂已经成为众多高职院校面临的重大难题。笔者在结合自身经管类课程教学经验基础上,结合经管类课程特点,发现强调学生主体地位、调动学生积极性的分享式教学能够很好地提高课堂效率。基于此,在分析了分享式教学内涵、分享式教学与经管类课程内在联系的基础上,对分享式教学的具体实施步骤、效果展望等进行了深入探究。
To improve the training quality of higher vocational talents, the primary concern is how to ensure the efficiency of classroom teaching, teaching methods and the contradiction between the age of the Internet in the traditional teacher, the students participate in the inefficient classroom with low degree has become a major problem facing many higher vocational colleges. Based on the teaching experience of the course of economic management, combined with the characteristics of economics and management courses, the author finds that the sharing teaching which emphasizes the students' main position and arouses the students' enthusiasm can improve the efficiency of the classroom. Based on this, on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of sharing teaching, the relationship between the shared teaching and management courses, this paper makes an in-depth study on the specific implementation steps and the prospect of the shared teaching.
