摘要
电力企业作为国家经济发展的重心,加强对内部员工的思想教育,使其永葆思想上的先进性,既是维系个人发展的必备之举,也是推动企业建设的必备条件。本文以"文化创建视角下电力企业职工思想教育"为主要研究对象,首先阐释了电力企业当中企业文化的创建意义,然后论述了文化创建对电力企业职工思想教育的积极意义,并对当前电力企业思想教育工作中存在的问题进行了说明,就如何解决这些问题提出了一定的建议与对策。本文研究的创新点在于从文化建设的视角探索企业员工思想教育的突破口,将二者之间进行紧密结合。
