摘要
教学关是摆在新入职的高校青年教师面前的第一道关口,要想顺利通过教学关,必须从四个方面进行努力:首先,勤于学习,不仅要向书本学习,还要向老教师学习;其次,敏于思考,课前要认真备课,课后要用心反思;再次,勇于实践,主动投身课堂教学,积极参加教学竞赛;最后,敢于创新,在教学方法和教学策略方面形成自己独特的教学风格。
Teaching threshold is the first barrier in front of the new recruits young teachers in colleges and universities, if they want to pass the teaching threshold smoothly, they must do well from four aspects:first of all, eager to learn, not only learn from books, but also learn from teachers;secondly, swift to think, recognize true lessons before class, and reflect carefully after-school;thirdly, courage to practice, participate in teaching? initiatively and participate in the teaching competition actively;fin-ally, dare to innovate, form their own unique teaching style in teaching methods and teaching strategies.
