摘要
新生阶段是大学生思想政治教育工作的关键时期,职业生涯规划是其中的重中之重。将朋辈教育的方式引入新生职业生涯规划教育中,发挥其特有的优势,可以使工作效果事半功倍。在具体工作过程中,还要注意挖掘优秀学生资源,搭建各级平台,开展形式多样的教育活动,以保证朋辈教育实现最大的效果。然而,目前工作仍然面临诸多问题,培训机制不健全、跟进不及时、配套制度不完善的普遍存在,需要广大思政教育工作者进一步思考探索。
