摘要
十八大报告指出,"法治是治国理政的基本方式"。法治在高校的首要工作无疑就是做好大学生法制教育工作。思想道德教育与法制教育是高校教育不可或缺的组成部分,面对此种情况,本文以"微博转发侵权"为例,论述了加强法制教育的必要性,同时就法制教育的发展提出一些建议。
The eighteenth report pointed out that"the rule of law is the basic way of governing the country."The rule of law a priority in universities is undoubtedly the work of University Student Legal Education. Moral Education and Legal Educa-tion is an integral part of higher education, in the face of this situation, the"microblogging forward infringement"case di-scussed the need to strengthen legal education, as well as some suggestions on the development of legal education.
