摘要
文章分析公立幼儿园存在着经费不足、师资短缺问题的原因,提出可以参照《关于实施第二期学前教育三年行动计划的意见》精神,继续深化改革,破解体制机制障碍,参照私立幼儿园的发展模式,把学前教育产业化,办好人民满意教育。
After analyzing the disadvantages of public kindergartens' funds, thinking of the problems of shortage of teachers, certainly, we are suppose to keep on studying the relevant policies , getting rid of the system of organization's obstacles. Re-ferencing the developing pattern of private kindergarten is a way to let the preschool education become a industrialization. It's our duty to make a satisfactory education for our people.
