In the rapid development of digital network environment, traditional media to digital areas of development, open up a new form of on-demand services, and promote technical progress under service reform is the only way to obtain sustainable devel-opment, network as a platform for journals editing system for author contributors, editors editing, expert reviewers, publishing, re-ader comments and other paper work.
