摘要 草铵膦是一种高效、广谱、低毒的非选择性除草剂,具有上下行传导且不伤及植物根部的优良性能,是目前转基因抗性作物的理想除草剂,应用前景十分广阔。Strecker法以亚磷酸三乙酯为原料,经过歧化反应、格式化反应、甲基化反应、加成反应、氰胺化反应、酸解反应、铵化反应以及纯化反应等八步反应得到最终95%的草铵膦原粉,反应收率可达到30%以上。本文简要叙述Strecker法合成草铵膦的主要工艺步骤和化工操作单元,并对整个合成工艺中的注意事项进行了分析说明,希望对今后探究草铵膦合成的新方法有所帮助。 Glufosinate is an efficient, broad-spectrum, low toxicity and non-selective herbicide, have down the line conduc-tivity and excellent performance without harming the roots of plants, is the ideal genetically modified herbicide-resistant crops, very broad application prospects. Strecker method with triethyl phosphite as a raw material, through a disproportion-ation reaction, the reaction format, methylation reaction, addition reaction, the reaction cyanamide, acidolysis reaction, the reaction and purification of the reaction of ammonium and other eight-step reaction to obtain the final 95%of glufosinate original powder, the reaction yield can reach more than 30%. This article briefly describes Strecker synthesis glufosinate main process steps and chemical operations unit, and the entire synthesis process precautions are analyzed, hoping to explore new ways in the future glufosinate synthetic helpful.
