独立学院要彻底实现发展战略,必须解决多年来学校教育与企业岗位需求脱离的问题。针对独立学院教育的特殊性,阐述了独立学院教育要转变教学理念,培养学生实践创新能力,加强教师实践指导能力,使学生能够更快更好地适应社会的新理念,新需求。
In order to realize the development strategy, the independent college should solve the problem that education departing from the demand of enterprises for years. According to the particularity of the independent college education, the independent college education should change the teaching idea, introduce the enterprise into the campus to train the student's ability of practice,strengthen the teacher's practical guidance capability, and enable students to adapt to society better and faster.
