摘要
随着信息技术与社会生活的不断变化发展,检察机关的信息化也受到了信息技术、国家政策与司法改革的影响,我国检察机关的信息化迎来了重要的发展机遇期,正面临着从检察业务信息化向'智慧检务'过渡的重要阶段。基层检察机关是我国司法体制的排头兵,是与人民群众接触最为紧密的部门,其信息化建设将极大促进我国检察机关的工作与办案效率。但在推进'智慧检务'建设的过程中,仍有问题和不足需要着力解决,处理好当前存在的矛盾,才能顺利实现向'智慧检务'阶段的过渡。
With the development of the information technology and social life,the informatization of Chinese prosecutorial organs are affected by information technology,public policy and judicial reform.Prosecutorial organs are facing the opportunities and challenges of marching toward the Intelligent Procuratorial Works stage.The grassroots procuratorates are pioneers of Chinese judicial system,which are the most closely related with the people.The informatization of prosecutorial organs will greatly promote the efficiency of work and handle cases.However,in the process of Intelligent Procuratorial Works,there still remain some problems to be solved immediately.Then,the informatization of Chinese prosecutorial organs are able to move forward smoothly.
