摘要
高技术产业是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的重要领域,如何制定产业的发展规划与政策导向,提升我国高技术产业创新效率,是值得深入研究的问题。本文通过相关理论探究,抽象出基于对外开放程度约束的研发投入强度对高技术产业创新效率影响的作用机制,采用面板基本回归和门槛回归的方法分别对高技术17个细分行业的面板数据进行实证检验,探讨研发投入强度对创新效率的影响。结果表明:高技术产业R&D投入强度对创新效率的影响具有显著的正向促进作用;随着对外开放程度的加深,其促进作用呈现出先增加后减少的倒'U'型趋势;所有制结构、技术引进、产业规模有利于高技术产业创新效率的提升,而市场竞争则表现出负向抑制作用。
Through relevant theoretical research,this paper abstracts the mechanism of R&D investment intensity on innovation efficiency in high-tech industries based on the degree of openness constraints,and uses panel basic regression model and threshold regression model to empirically test panel data of 17 sub-sectors in high-tech industry,and explores the impact of R&D investment intensity on innovation efficiency.The results show that R&D input intensity of high-tech industry has a significant positive effect on innovation efficiency;with the deepening of opening up,its promotion shows an inverted'U'trend of increasing first and then decreasing;ownership structure,technology introduction and industrial scale are conducive to the improvement of innovation efficiency in high-tech industry,while market competition shows a negative inhibition effect.
