从基础设施、资源建设、人员配置、经费投入、使用效益等方面研究分析了山东省临沂市公共图书馆事业的发展,总结了主要成绩,指出了存在的主要问题与不足,提出了发展临沂市公共图书馆事业的举措。
The paper reviews the development of public libraries in lingyi city of Shandong province in the aspects of infrastructure,resource construction,staff disposition,capital investment,the use-effectiveness and so on,summarizes the main achievements,points out the main problems and shortcomings,and proposes the measures for development of Linyi City's Public Library cause.
