摘要 近年来神经干细胞的研究一直是神经科学领域的热点之一 ,神经干细胞的分离与培养渐趋成熟 ,神经干细胞移植于体内研究的报告也日渐增多。但已取得与受体靶组织部位相应细胞完全整合并具有相同功能的研究报告尚未见到 ,这一目标的实现难点就在于神经干细胞复杂的增殖与分化机制仍未阐明。研究者正在从体内到体外多方面大力研究 ,并取得了一些进展。
