磷酸硅铝分子筛SAPO-5的合成和性能研究

摘要 在原料来源及配及等条件不同于文献报道的前提下,采用活性远低于假薄水铝石的氢氧化铝,并以廉价的三乙胺为模板剂,制出几种硅含量不同的SAPO-5分子筛。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射确认合成的物种为单一相SAPO-5。采用吸附、差热、程序升温等手段测定了它们的物化性能。 Some new species of SAPO-5 with varied content of silicon Were synthesized by adopting both material source and molar oxide ratios different from the literatures. The synthesized new silicoaluminophosphates were confirmed by the methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron probe (SEP) and chemical analysis. Some of their physico-chemical properies were determined by using the methods of differential thermoanalysis (DTA), temperature program desorption (TPD),brunner-emmett-teller(BET).
