摘要
基台作为种植修复的重要部件,上接修复体,下连种植体,对种植后修复义齿的功能及美观有较大影响,尤其在前牙美学区对修复效果起重要作用。目前临床上依据制作方法的不同将基台分为成品基台和个性化基台两大类。成品基台在前牙复杂病例中应用受限,难以达到满意的修复效果,尤其难以达到良好的美学效果。而个性化基台依据患者种植后口内具体情况制作,符合个性化治疗的理念,修复后效果较好,美观效果提高,所以其在临床应用越来越广泛,并引起医师们的广泛关注。为更详细了解个性化基台在前牙美学区的应用及研究进展,本文对其进行综述。
Implant abutment is an important part of an implant restoration,and it connects the implant to the upper prosthesis.The abutment affects the function and aesthetics of the post-implant prosthesis,especially in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth,and it plays a crucial role in the restoration.At present,according to the different production methods,implant abutment can be divided into two categories:prefabricated abutment and custom abutment.The application of the prefabricated abutment in the complex cases of anterior teeth is limited.The custom abutments are made according to the patient’s specific conditions.The result of restoration is better,especially for aesthetic effect on anterior teeth.Therefore,it is increasingly applied in clinical practice and gradually attracts attention.The article reviews literatures regarding custom abutments in order to understand the application of custom abutment in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth.
