摘要
讨论了被干燥湿物料中含有在水中溶解度较大、且不挥发的第三组分对干燥过程的影响 ,运用化学热力学原理和干燥动力学理论对生产实践中的此类干燥问题进行分析 ,证明此类物系的干燥过程无恒速段 ,且溶剂饱和蒸气压下降较大 ,增加了干燥的难度。结论由实验得到验证。
The influence of a third component, which is contained in the dried wet material and featured by higher solubility in water and non-volatility, on the drying process has been discussed. An analysis is given to such drying problem in productive practice based on thermodynamics and dry-kinetics theory. It shows that the drying process of such material has non-constant-speed stage, and the saturated vapor pressure of the solvent drops a lot, thus multiplying the difficulty of drying. The conclusion is verified by experiment. So it is suggested to pay more attention to the drying of such material.
