摘要
在脾胃病的证治过程中 ,风药的应用相当普遍 ,这是由于脾胃病机的复杂性所决定的。风药适用于脾胃受寒、湿浊、湿热困阻中焦、实热壅滞、中焦气滞、胃络滞窒、脾胃气虚、中气下陷、中阳不振所致的多种病证。由于风药多辛燥 。
Wind dispelling drugs are commonly used in the treatment of spleen and stomach illness because of the complexity of such illness. Such drugs are applicable to a variety of illness and syndromes, such as, cold invading the spleen and stomach, dampness stagnancy, damp heat in the middle energizer, stagnancy of heat of excess type, qi stagnancy in the middle energizer, stagnancy in the stomach collateral, qi deficiency in the spleen and stomach, collapse of middle energizer qi, deficiency of middle energizer yang. Since wind dispeling drugs are usually pungent and dry in nature, they should not be used for deficiency of stomach yin.
