摘要
在传统的宏观经济理论看来,宏观调控的功能是缓冲经济的短期波动,而发达国家的宏观调控实践也基本上遵循这一政策逻辑。由于我国的国民经济处于重要的发展阶段,我国赋予了宏观调控较多的经济增长促进功能。这一做法在对经济增长作出显著贡献的同时,也导致了一些问题和后遗症。随着我国经济进入较高的发展阶段,我们需要重视宏观调控过度问题。本文对这一问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了矫正的逻辑、思路和对策。
According to traditional macroeconomic theory,macro-control serves to buffer short-term economic fluctuation,and this policy logic is followed by macro-control in developed countries.As China's economy is in an important development stage,the macro-control performs more function of promoting economic growth.Although this approach has made significant contribution to economic growth,it also causes problems.With China's economy entering a new era of development,we need to pay attention to excessive macro-control.This paper probes into this issue and puts forward the logic,thinking and countermeasures for rectification.
