摘要
为促进赣南原中央苏区(以下简称赣南苏区)振兴发展,国家开发银行研究院联合江西省分行,对赣州市农村危旧土坯房改造项目进行了调研。该项目采取"政府委托建设、平台统贷统还"的融资模式,贷款25亿元支持赣州市18个县(市、区)农村危旧土坯房改造,有效地改善了赣南苏区百姓的居住条件,帮助老乡走上脱贫致富的道路。
The Research Institute of China Development Bank and its Jiangxi Branch conducted a survey of Ganzhous program of rebuilding rural dilapidated mud-brick houses with the intention of helping revitalize the former Central Soviet Area in southern Jiangxi Province.Under the financing model of'government-commissioned construction,platform-based loan obtaining and repaying',this program got a loan of RMB2.5billion to rebuild rural dilapidated mud-brick houses in 18counties(cities and regions)of Ganzhou.The effort has effectively improved the living conditions of local people and helped them shake off poverty and become rich.
