摘要
对YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)系750℃淬火样品进行了低温X光衍射谱分析。结果表明,在低温下,样品的结构随温度发生了可逆变化。
X-ray diffraction of sample quenched at 750℃ for YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-8) was measured at low temperatures. Analysis results show that the structure of the quenched sample has a reversible change with the low temperature.
