摘要
在 14 0 0℃热压经过不同时间高能球磨的Ti 2Cr粉末体 ,研究其组织结构及力学性能。结果表明 ,高能球磨 2 0h的Ti 2Cr粉末体在14 0 0℃热压后可以得到成分、组织均匀 ,晶粒尺寸 <3 μm的Laves相TiCr2 基合金。由于细化了晶粒 ,力学性能得到了显著改善 ,室温抗压断裂强度高达 2 3 0 8MPa ,抗压断裂塑性应变达到 1.42 %。
Ti 2Cr powdered body ball milled for different time was hot pressed at 1400 ℃. Microstructure and mechanical property were investigated. The results show that Laves phase TiCr 2 based alloy with homogeneous composition and microstructure is synthesized after the Ti 2Cr powdered body high energy ball milled for 20 h and then HP at 1400 ℃. The grain size is smaller than 3 μm. The alloy toughened by micrograin has a room temperature compressive fracture strength of 2308 MPa, and a compressive fracture strain of 1.42%. The room temperature mechanical property is greatly improved.
