Study on polymer blend electrolyte based on P(VdF-HFP)-PMMA

摘要 采用共混法制备了P(VdF-HFP)-PMMA聚合物电解质,PMMA与电解液有更好的相溶性。含PMMA45%的聚合物膜,20℃时电解液吸附量为260%,离子导电率为0.95mS/cm。以该膜和1mol/LLiPF6(EC/EMC)为电解质,LiCoO2为正极,碳纤维为负极的聚合物锂离子电池具有较小的界面电阻和电荷转移电阻,良好的循环稳定性(1/3C倍率循环35次,95%初始放电容量),和良好的倍率性能(2C倍率,73%初始放电容量)。 Polymer films were fabricated by blending the P(VdF-HFP) and PMMA, PMMA has better compatibility with the liquid electrolyte. When the PMMA content reaches 45%, the liquidelectrolyte uptake amount is 260%, ion conductivity (20℃) is 0.95mS/cm. The Li-ion polymer battery, which consists of LiCoO2 cathode, carbon fiber anode and the polymer electrolyte based on P(VdF-HFP)-PMMA and 1mol/L LiPF6 in EC/EMC mixture, shows 95%of the initial dischargecapacity at 35 cycle upon the repeated charge/discharge at 1/3C rate, and 73%initial discharge capacity at 2C rate.
