玉米苗枯病抗源筛选与抗性遗传的初步分析 被引量:9

摘要 通过对72份玉米自交系和29份杂交组合进行玉米苗枯病的田间抗性鉴定,在72份自交系中筛选出3份高抗材料,15份抗病材料,24份中抗材料,10份感病材料,20份高感材料;在29份杂交组合中筛选出12份高抗材料,17份中抗材料.通过部分自交系和相应杂交组合的抗性遗传分析,结果表明,玉米杂交种比自交系具有较强的抗性,可以利用抗×抗或抗×感的杂交模式选育玉米苗枯病的抗病品种. Experiments were conducted to identify the resistance of seventytwo maize inbred lines and twentynine hybrids to maize seedling blightThree high resistant lines, fifteen resistant lines, twentyfour medial resistant lines, ten infective lines and twenty high infective lines were found in the 72 inbred lines; twelve high resistant hybrids and seventeen resistant hybrids were found in the twentynine hybridsResurts of genetic analysis of resistance indicated that hybrids had stronger resistance than inbred linesIn resistant breeding to maize seedling blight,the model of resistant line×resistant line, or resistant line×infective line could be used
