摘要
目的 :对改良 Hardinge入路行全髋置换进行评价。方法 :对经改良 Hardinge入路行非骨水泥全髋置换(THR— CL )术并获术后 6个月以上随访的 3 2例病人进行总结。结果 :优良 2 8例 (88% ) ,很好 4例 (12 % ) ,其中轻度跛行 6例 (19% ) ,下肢不等长 >2 cm1例 (3 % ) ,改良 Trendelenburg试验阳性 3例 (10 % )。结论 :此入路创伤小 ,暴露好 ,利于假体定位 ,易于控制下肢长度 ,术后外展肌功能恢复快。
Purpose:The Assessment of the Modified Hardinge Approach in Uncemented Total Hip Replacement.Methods:32 cases of Uncemented total hip replacement through the modified Hardinge approach which were assessed in 6 months postoperatively were reported.Results:28(88%)cases had the good results,4(12%)cases had the excellent results,6(19%)cases were slight limping,1(3%)case was discrepancy for more than 2cm,3(10%)cases were positive Trendelenburg sign.Conclusion:This approach allows good exposure of the hip with mininal dissection of the soft tissue and offers distinct advantage for orientation of the implant,insertion of cement and correction of the discrepancy in leg length.
