摘要
黔绥地1井是部署在黔北地区的页岩气地质调查井。该井存在交通条件差、钻井质量难控制、溶洞裂隙发育等钻井难题。为此,根据黔绥地1井所钻地层的特点,制定了完善的钻井工程设计,包括导管+三开井身结构、钻探设备配套、钻井液护壁堵漏技术、套管柱及注水泥固井、井控设计等。通过施工钻探,钻井质量与地质资料获取均满足设计要求,为该地区页岩气调查评价提供了数据支持。
Qiansuidi well 1is a shale gas geological survey well deployes in northern Guizhou.The well has many problems such as poor traffic condition,difficult drilling quality controlling and karst crack development.According to the characteristics of Qiansuidi 1 well,a perfect drilling engineering design is worked out.It includes the pipe+triple opening wellbore structure,drilling equipment matching,drilling fluid wall protection and leak plugging technology,casing string and cement injection cementing well,well control design,etc.Through the drilling construction,the drilling quality and geological data all can meet the design requirements,which provides data support for the shale gas survey and evaluation in this area.
