摘要
结合石河子棉花专业气象台的具体情况,就短期气候预测中对棉花有密切相关的气象因子,用面向对象的智能开发工具软件“飞腾MIS99”,建立一套适合业务流程的、建立在Windows95(98)操作平台上的“棉花气象服务数据库”信息管理查询系统。
Considering the actual situation o f Cotton Professional Observatory i n Shihezi,according to meteorological factors which closely related with cottons i n short -term climate forecast,usin g Intellective Tools -'Soar MI99',Cotton Meteorological Service Database applied to retriev e information is established,it is based on Windows 95(98)and suited to operating.
