摘要
随着房地产业的兴起 ,商品房屋的销售价格较高 ,从而导致商品房屋的积压 .本文通过多元线性回归分析 ,定量分析影响房地产销售的因素 ,从中找出起决定作用的因素 ,为房地产开发商提出了新的开发策略 .
Higher sale price of commodity houses cause commercial house overstock along with the development of real estate.We now analyze the affecting facts of the real estate through the analysis of multiple terms linear regress equation,find out the main facts and give the new developing countermeasures businessman of real estate.
